Numa-ai is named after Numa Pompilio Carvajal Bejarano, the father of our founder Daniel, diagnosed with Alzheimer's.
That experience revealed the harsh gaps in care systems: the disconnect between available technology and the real needs of families with limited resources, the silent exhaustion of caregivers, and the severe shortage of specialists.
Numa-ai was born so that no caregiver faces this journey alone.
